Buying, delivery and returns
Where the purchase happens, who ships CANAY orders, and how a return or a replacement claim works.
The purchase happens at our retail partner
We do not run a checkout. Clicking a buy button opens the product listing in a new tab, and everything after that point is handled there: the price you pay, the payment method, the delivery estimate, the tracking and any refund.
Delivery
Shipping speed, cost and coverage are set by the retailer and change with where you are and what membership you hold. Any figure we quoted here would be wrong for most readers, so we do not quote one.
Returns
Returns follow the retailer's policy for the listing you bought from, and you start one from your orders page there. We cannot see your order, cancel it or issue a refund, because the transaction never touched this site.
The one year chew through replacement
Several of our hand held sets carry it. If the piece is chewed through inside a year, we replace it. Start the claim through the listing you bought from and keep the order to hand, since that is the only record either of us has.
Prices on this site
The prices here were read from the product feed when the page was built. They move without notice, so treat this as the last known figure and check the listing before you buy.
