A replacement claim on a chewed through hand held set. A price or a rating on this site that has gone stale. A product name that no longer matches its bracket. A description that reads wrong to someone who actually owns the piece. Corrections of that kind are the most useful mail we get.
What has to go through the retailer
Order lookups, delivery addresses, missing parcels and refunds. The purchase happens on their side and we have no view of it, so their customer service is the only route that works.
What we cannot answer
Whether a particular child should be using a chew tool, or which resistance level fits a specific therapy plan. We make silicone. That question belongs to whoever is treating them.
