Three arms sounds like a small change from a straight tube. In practice it changes the grip: the fork gives a thumb somewhere to sit, so the piece stays in the hand instead of rolling out of it. Walls are the same soft hollow silicone as the rest of the tube line, third party tested and food grade. Dishwasher or soap and water for cleaning.
